Delicate, delicious, brimming with FLAVOR, and an incredible formula to energize flame broiled bar-b-que chicken. Simple, sound, prepared in a short time, zero cleanup, ideal for terrace grills or simple weeknight meals!

Chicken on the barbecue is consistently a champ since it's so delicate, succulent, and brimming with flavor from the flame broil. With summer flame broiling season going all out, this formula will prove to be useful when you need to energize your standard barbecued bar-b-que chicken.

Grilled Honey BBQ Chicken

This bar-b-que flame broiled chicken formula is simple, solid, and there's zero cleanup! Additionally, it's prepared quickly and you don't need to warm your home up to make it. A mutually advantageous in general!

I utilized chicken fingers for this nectar bar-b-que chicken formula (more on why I did that underneath), however you can make this bar-b-que flame broiled chicken formula with any cuts of chicken you have available. Simply remember that you may have to barbecue the chicken for pretty much time than my formula says — it truly relies upon how thick your chicken is and if it's boneless.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons sriracha, optional and to taste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • about 1.25 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts tenders
  • 2 to 4 cloves garlic, finely minced or pressed
  • fresh cilantro or parsley, optional for garnishing
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  1. To a large ziptop plastic bag, add all ingredients except the optional fresh herbs. Seal bag and squish the contents around so chicken is evenly coated.
  2. Place bag in the fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is great if you can plan ahead).*
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (or indoor grill pan) and grill the chicken for about 7 minutes, or until done; flip intermittently to ensure even cooking. Optionally garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
  4. Chicken is best fresh but will keep airtight in the fridge for up to 5 days.
